This weekend is the beginning of a new Church Year, the season of Advent. We prepare for Jesus to come again at the end of the world. No one knows when that will be. But it will be just like the days of Noah, when people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage. The destruction of the flood came upon them suddenly and unexpectedly. Today, our sermon is based on Genesis 6, and we will hear about the Severe Weather Watch put into effect.
