When Jesus healed and drove out demons, the people begged him to stay. But he had something more important on his mind: proclaiming the good news to more people. In performing miracles and driving out demons, Jesus showed that he cared about people, soul and body. But even more, those miracles pointed to Jesus’ authority to share the Word. Learn his Word. Put your trust in his Word. Grow in his Word. Receive righteousness through his Word. Today we hear how gathering is important for instruction in righteousness. Our sermon is on 2 Timothy 3-4.
